Rapidbike project – developed thanks to preceding experiences gained in the motorbike sector – officially comes to light in 2004 with the objective of offering add-on modules for fast adjustments of the engine management without interventions on the original ECU
RapidBike line now includes solutions for any need and requirement:
• RAPID BIKE EASY, equipped with a microprocessor managing directly the lambda sensor signal to optimize the air/fuel ratio, improve the engine efficiency and eliminate the torque and power gaps typical of the low and medium rpm.

Rapid Bike EASY add-on electronic module is equipped with a microprocessor managing directly the lambda sensor signal to optimize the air/fuel ratio, improve the engine efficiency and eliminate the torque and power gaps typical of the low and medium rpm.
Install your EASY module to the stock lambda sensor connector and check for operating status thanks to a led. Now you are ready for the module fine-tuning: this is a very simple procedure (using two easily accessible trimmers) without any need for additional software operations.
EASY add-on module can manage up to two lambda sensors, and it is designed especially for motorbikes with a standard configuration.

Compared to the stock version (in blue color), RapidBike EASY (in red color) gains a higher speed keeping the same throttle opening, while placing the lambda sensor value in the ideal range between 13,5 – 14,5 AFR
• RAPID BIKE EVO, that puts in your hands total control of fueling operations as it is directly connected to all stock injectors (up to eight) while managing at the same time the corresponding air/fuel ratio. In this way the carburetion values can be modified throughout the entire engine power delivery curve.

The ability to manage stock lambda sensor signal allows performing the exclusive auto-adaptive feature to secure that fueling is constantly adjusted while riding the vehicle. The injection map becomes a dynamic value in order to match the changing weather conditions and driving style. This function is highly beneficial at low and medium rpm where the engine performance is poorly limited due to more and more restrictive anti-polluting regulations.
RAPID BIKE EVO performs the following functions:
- Operating quick-shifting (only if load sensor cell item F27SWGEAR-ER is installed )
- Multiple maps management using the specific handlebar switch to be purchased as a separate accessory (please check detailed application list for further information)
- Raising RPM limiter (up to 1000 additional rpm)
- Removing speed limiter (please check detailed application list for further information)
- Engine Braking Management

Rapid Bike RACING module is able to manage additional and exclusive functions once it is installed with the new YOUTUNE controller, turning your bike into a more powerful and safer riding machine.
TRACTION CONTROL management is based on controlling the bike’s acceleration detected by engine’s crankshaft position sensor; when acceleration is such to compromise appropriate traction level, the system applies a sequence of injection cuts in order to bring it back within pre-set limits.
Rapid Bike Traction Control system is user-friendly and fully customizable in order to match different riding skills while providing additional safety and reliability in every driving conditions.
LAUNCH CONTROL allows to release engine power only once top acceleration is reached, and at the same time to calibrate the effect and timing of traction control being applied during this specific operation.

ADORI BYPASS ADAPTER
A by-pass replacing the RapidBike module (ADapter recreating ORIginal conditions) and setting the bike to stock conditions without removing the wiring harness. In this way, it is possible to have an immediate comparison of the bike performance in real driving conditions. Very useful in areas with severe restrictions for installing high-performance accessories.
Take advantage RapidBike full potential and switch between different map-settings: injection, ignition, limiters (also in pit-lane when using the Racing module), engine braking control and self-adaptive injection map.
ALL-AROUND QUICK SHIFTER SENSOR
New load sensor cell is able to exchange information with Rapid Bike add-on module via CAN-bus to obtain an automatic calibration of quick shifting kill time based on the pressure applied to the sensor itself, while matching the engine’s peculiarities. This innovative system of self-learning allows shifting operation timing to be reduced of about 20 milliseconds, as well as reducing mechanical stress. A user-friendly and universal accessory maintaining the advantage of working on both, standard and reversed operating shifting levers. Pressure level to be applied for activating quick shifting can be adjusted with handlebar-mounted YOUTUNE or using Rapid Bike software.

MY TUNING BIKE: REAL TIME INJECTION REMAPPING
My Tuning Bike is the best tool performing a real-time injection auto-remapping, according to a specific air/fuel ratio target. The peculiarity of this tool is the time required to perform the auto-remapping operation thanks to the can-bus line and a wide band lambda sensor. The injection values are instantly modified to respond immediately to the changing climatic conditions and road styles.
